原来抽到过h1b，现在重新找工作还要再抽吗？I was working on H1B visa starting Oct 2013, and it was revoked by the employer on Dec 2014. I then became a F1 student since then. I might be getting a job offer recently(Oct 2016). Do you think for the new job, I will need to attend 2017's H1B lottery or the employer can apply H1B transfer for me anytime now using the old H1B number/quota ? Thank you very much.
