我在 德州 DFW, 一般我们inspection 后写amendment , 除了repair list, 会写上 “all repair and treatments must be performed by persons who are licensed to provide such repairs . Buyer request walk through 48 hours prior to closing, seller to provide buyer with receipt of the attached repairs at closing. Buyer also require the seller to have professional cleaning company to clean the house before the final walk through. “如果卖家答应修理, final walk through 要求提供receipt。 检查卖家答应修理的东西。 然后看看有没有漏水等其他情况。
