Method:Pre-heat your oven to (180 degrees C or 350 degrees F) and grease and line your baking tin of choice.Mix the dry ingredients together (almond flour, baking powder, spices, salt) in a bowl.
In a food processor (or by hand) place the apple with the coconut oil, vanilla, honey and eggs until nicely mixed. Next, add the dry ingredients and combine well.Pour mixture into your cake tin and garnish with finely sliced apple and a sprinkle of cinnamon.Bake for 35 – 40 minutes.Serve with vanilla ice cream.
