[美国装修] Refinance 30 years fixed loan.

Refinance 30 years fixed loan.Plan to refinance very soon. If no cost refinance, how much the interest will be for 30 years fixed rate now? For example the 30 yrs fixed rate is 3.68%, what is the refinance rate?Anybody has good broker of FL?Thanks.

现在no cost的30-yr fixed 的refinance rate应该还没有到这个以下
