[美国装修] dog pee on the drywall

We saw a house. The previous owner has dog. The dog pees on the wall. The drywall is soft, and bubbling. The owner pAInt recently. Can not see whether there is mold or not. But the wall smells urine. Other than that, we did not find anything. Per the agent, the owner just changes the carpet. This is a condo. The wall where the dog pees is at the corner of the shared wall and the owner's wall. Is it easy to fix the wall? Shall we move on or put an offer?
