近日，南京卓美亚酒店正式任命邱天龙先生为陆潮新派中餐厅行政总厨，全面负责酒店中餐厅厨房的运营、管理及菜品研发工作。
Jumeirah Nanjing is delighted to announce the appointment of Mr. Qiu, Tianlong as Executive Chinese Chef of Lu Chao Chinese Restaurant, in charge of kitchen operation, management, cuisine creation and presentation.
邱天龙先生来自广东，拥有超过20年的多家国际高星级酒店品牌及米其林餐厅的工作经验，足迹遍布中国大江南北。从小怀抱着对于餐饮行业的热爱，邱天龙先生先后于深圳、北京、上海、澳门等多地旅居工作，丰富的阅历使其在粤式菜系传承、推广、融合及研发等方面有着独到的见解并形成了强烈的个人风格。
HAIling from Guangdong, Chef Qiu has over 20 years of culinary experience from luxury hotel brands and Michelin Starred restaurant in China. From Shenzhen and Beijing to Shanghai, and Macao, he relentlessly pursuing himself in learning and creating. With sheer love, passion and rich knowledge for food, he developed a strong personal style in Cantonese cuisine, especially in leading the food trends.
履新前，邱天龙先生就职于澳门米其林餐厅（玥龙轩），任职期间带领团队使餐厅稳坐米其林一星并蝉联至今。
Prior to his new position, Chef Qiu worked for Pearl Dragon in Macau. While leading the team, he maintained the recognition from Michelin Guide three years consecutively.
此次加入南京卓美亚酒店是邱天龙先生第一次踏足金陵之地，相信凭借多年的餐厅运营经验及精湛的烹饪技艺，邱天龙先生将为陆潮新派中餐厅注入新的灵感与活力，为陆潮食客打造新派粤菜与淮扬特色、地方风味碰撞出别具一格的味觉盛宴。
With his years of experience in culinary, Chef Qiu is going to recreate and reimagine modern Cantonese cuisine at Lu Chao with twist of Huaiyang cuisine, transforming the renowned restaurant concept into pleasant dining experience for our distinguished diners.
